Booking and Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs all bookings made through Sahya.

1. Minimum Service Charge (MSC)

  • MSC is payable upfront to confirm a Booking.
  • Booking is not confirmed without MSC payment.
  • MSC compensates administrative processing and slot reservation.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • Customer Cancellation:
  • 24+ hours before service: Full refund.
  • 6 to 24 hours before: Partial refund at Platform discretion.
  • Less than 6 hours before OR after Arrival Confirmation: No refund.
  • Arrival Confirmation timestamp shall be considered conclusive.
  • Provider Cancellation:
  • If Provider cancels: Full refund of MSC to Customer.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 3 to 7 business days, subject to banking timelines.

4. Disputes

  • Customers must raise disputes within the designated window after Completion.
  • Platform reserves right to investigate and determine outcome.

5. Fraud and Abuse

  • Repeated cancellations, fake bookings, or abuse may result in suspension.
