Service Provider Agreement

1. Independent Contractor

  • Provider operates as independent contractor. No employment relationship exists.
  • Provider is responsible for taxes, licenses, and compliance with laws.

2. Provider Declaration

  • All submitted information is true.
  • No undisclosed criminal convictions or pending proceedings relevant to service integrity exist.
  • Sahya may conduct background verification.
  • False declaration constitutes material breach.

3. Commission

  • Sahya operates on commission-based model.
  • Commission deducted prior to payout.
  • Commission percentage may be revised with notice.

4. Service Obligations

  • Provider shall perform services professionally.
  • Provider shall arrive on time.
  • Provider shall mark Arrival and Completion accurately.
  • Provider shall avoid misleading pricing.

5. Anti-Bypass

  • Provider shall not encourage off-platform payments.
  • Provider shall not cancel bookings to avoid commission.
  • Violation may result in permanent removal.

6. Indemnity

  • Provider agrees to indemnify Sahya against claims arising from negligence, property damage, injury, or fraud.

7. Suspension

  • Sahya may suspend or terminate for fraud, criminal conduct, repeated cancellations, or policy violations.
  • Decision subject to applicable law.
