Service Provider Agreement
1. Independent Contractor
- • Provider operates as independent contractor. No employment relationship exists.
- • Provider is responsible for taxes, licenses, and compliance with laws.
2. Provider Declaration
- • All submitted information is true.
- • No undisclosed criminal convictions or pending proceedings relevant to service integrity exist.
- • Sahya may conduct background verification.
- • False declaration constitutes material breach.
3. Commission
- • Sahya operates on commission-based model.
- • Commission deducted prior to payout.
- • Commission percentage may be revised with notice.
4. Service Obligations
- • Provider shall perform services professionally.
- • Provider shall arrive on time.
- • Provider shall mark Arrival and Completion accurately.
- • Provider shall avoid misleading pricing.
5. Anti-Bypass
- • Provider shall not encourage off-platform payments.
- • Provider shall not cancel bookings to avoid commission.
- • Violation may result in permanent removal.
6. Indemnity
- • Provider agrees to indemnify Sahya against claims arising from negligence, property damage, injury, or fraud.
7. Suspension
- • Sahya may suspend or terminate for fraud, criminal conduct, repeated cancellations, or policy violations.
- • Decision subject to applicable law.
