2. Nature of Platform

- • Service Professionals operate as independent contractors.
3. Eligibility
- • You must be at least 18 years old.
- • You must have legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Account Responsibility
- • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- • Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of information.

5. Booking and Payment Terms
- • A Booking is confirmed only upon payment of MSC.
- • The remaining service amount is payable post-service via online payment through the Platform, or Cash on Delivery (where available).
- • Sahya deducts Commission from Provider payouts.
- • Sahya may withhold settlement during disputes.
6. Anti-Circumvention
- • Users and Providers shall not cancel a booking to complete services outside the Platform.
- • Users and Providers shall not avoid Commission by off-platform payments.
- • Violation constitutes material breach and may result in suspension or termination, withholding of payouts, and legal recovery of damages.
7. User Conduct
- • Users shall not engage in fraudulent bookings.
- • Users shall not harass or threaten Service Professionals.
- • Users shall not misuse in-app chat.
- • Users shall not attempt platform manipulation.
8. Limitation of Liability
- • Sahya's liability shall not exceed the lesser of the total booking value, or the MSC paid.
- • Sahya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, service defects, or Provider misconduct.
9. Indemnification
- • Users agree to indemnify and hold Sahya harmless from any claims arising from misuse of Platform, fraud, or injury/property damage caused by their conduct.
